ETC Energy focuses its research on the following topics:
- energy access opportunities for the poor and the impact on their livelihoods
- linkages between gender, energy and poverty
- climate adaptation options and strategies of the poor in developing countries
Our research is people-centered, gender sensitive, participatory and energy focused. Its results have practical applications. Results are shared with a broader public through websites, publications, lobby and advocacy activities.
